FastLink Software is an Arizona based corporation founded by Allen Rodgers. Allen has been developing high capacity billing systems since 1989 and is a former employee of Telco Development Group and Alternative Telephone Service (ATS). • Browser Based Access: The FastLink Billing System is a web application server and allows for inter/intra net access. No special software is required to enter connect to the system, enter data, process invoices, and view or run reports. The FastLink System is compatible with Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Mozilla browsers.
• On-site: The FastLink Billing System runs at your site on your equipment. Only one Linux/Windows system is required.
• Low Set-Up Fee: Start up the FastLink on-site billing system includes – setup, training, and electronic conversion of existing rates and customer data. Many companies charge hundreds of thousands of dollars for an on-site billing system.
• Data Collection: Our system has the ability to integrate and automatically retrieve call records from your collection system, simplifying your billing operation. This customized process does have an additional one-time fee associated with its setup. Our fee is based on the complexity of the interface with the collection system.
• Automation: The FastLink Billing System completely automates the data conversion and rating process. Every five minutes the system is polled for new data. Files are uncompressed, sorted, and converted without any intervention of an operator. Reports are generated that show any errors or unassigned traffic.
